One-Day Silent Retreat

Come and reconnect to your center in this one day esoteric meditation workshop! On this day we will get to know the meditative state through MAUNA – silence of speech and thoughts and during longer meditations in unison.

There will also be time for practice of yoga techniques to prepare the body and mind for meditation and an introduction to a wonderful and efficient concentration exercise.

In the middle of the day we will offer a simple and nourishing meal. During the day the activities will be kept in silence guided by your teacher.

You are warmly invited to step out of the daily activities and into a day of reconnecting to yourself and getting to know and experience initiating aspects related to the meditative state and how to systematically go beyond the mind and into a state of euphoric silence of presence.

We look forward to spending this meaningful time together in silence. Please bring with you a pen and notebook dedicated to meditation practice and come in some clothes that allow you to relax.

Program:

10:00 - 10:30 Arrival, welcoming, intro to MAUNA and MEDITATION.

10:30 - 12:00 Mauna begins. Yoga for increasing the concentration capacity and calming of the mind.

12:00 - 12:30 Tea break 12:30 - 12:45 Fundamental elements regarding MEDITATION 12:45 - 13:30 Meditation13:30 - 14:30 lunch break 14:30 - 15:15 Shambhavi Mudra - Intro and practice 15:15 - 16:00 Meditation 16:00 - 16:30 Mauna ends. Sharing, conclusions
