 za is a designer\, editor and publisher whose incredibly versatile and bo
 ld work will feed you ample energy and colour as she serves us a talk and
  hands-on workshop at DMJX.\n\nThe Talk (16:30-17:30h)\n\nWhat constitute
 s the design of a book? Is it defined by its typography\, images\, format
 \, and materials\, as well as by the relationships among those who make a
 nd read it? Drawing on twenty years of experience in design\, Tereza Bett
 inardi reflects on her practice as an editorial designer and approaches d
 esign as a relational process shaped by collaboration\, material conditio
 ns\, and circulation.\n\nThese questions also inform the work of Clube do
  Livro do Design\, which Tereza founded in 2020 as a virtual reading grou
 p and which later grew into an independent publishing house dedicated to 
 expanding access to critical design writing in Portuguese. Drawing connec
 tions between her design practice and the experience of the Clube\, the t
 alk explores how design and publishing can build common vocabularies and
