SUMMARY:Stand strong in the Storm: Yoga Workshop with Simon Krohn
LOCATION:Rört\, Thoravej 35\, 2400 København
DESCRIPTION:Your reptile brain is always trying to protect you. When you
are under pressure\, it puts you in a state of alert\, and it begins to r
eact more strongly to stimuli. Unfortunately\, it also reacts on its own
reactions. This creates an unpleasant loop\, which can keep you trapped i
n tension\, worrying and overthinking.\n\nGenerally\, when you are under
pressure\, the reptile brain creates most of the suffering. But it is not
your enemy. It is your loyal friend. It is trying to protect you\, and i
t will drop the state of alert\, when it is convinced that you are no lon
ger in danger. There are several ways to do this\, and that is what this
workshop is about.\n\nWe are going to explore body language\, boundaries\
, resources and externalising\, and Simon will share powerful techniques
that can be used in everyday life. You can expect an inspiring yoga works
hop with useful theory and delicious yoga. You don’t need to be flexibl
e\, strong or have a lot of yoga experience to participate\, and you will
receive a handout with QR-codes to access short videos containing the mo
st important techniques from the workshop.\n\n---THIS WORKSHOP IS TAUGHT
IN ENGLISH---\n\nABOUT THE TEACHER: Simon Krohon:Simon lives in Nørrebro
and has taught yoga for 25 years. He was the first in Denmark to hold th
